PRIVACY POLICY — DKR Global™
Last updated: October 18, 2026
This policy explains what information DKR Global™ collects when you use the website, the app, the communities, and the programs, services, and spaces the house operates — and what happens to it. It is written plainly, on purpose. If anything here is unclear, write to us at ajani@thedkrglobal.com and we will answer in writing.
1. Who runs this platform
DKR Global™ operates this platform. The site itself runs on Wix, a third-party website platform. Wix provides the hosting, the member accounts, the forms, the booking and store systems, and the basic analytics, and processes information on our behalf as the platform underneath the house. Videos embedded on our pages may be served by YouTube or Vimeo, which process information under their own policies when you play them.
2. Information you give us
• Your account. When you join, you give a name, an email address, and a password to create a member account. You control your own profile: what you put on it, what you publish, and what you show publicly is up to you.
• Your content. Posts, comments, photos, videos, products, and other material you create or upload are yours, as the Terms & Conditions provide. What you publish in a public space on the platform can be seen by anyone who can see that space.
• Forms. When you submit an intake, application, claim, or other form, we receive what you enter — your name, contact details, and whatever the form asks. Submissions aimed at a DKR client are received by DKR and routed to that client the same business day. Submissions about working with the house reach the right desk the same business day.
• Bookings and purchases. When you request a booking or buy from the store, we receive the details needed to handle it: your name, contact information, what you requested or bought, and the status of the request or order. Payment is processed by Wix Payments. DKR does not see or store your full card number.
• Messages. When you write to us — by email, form, or message — we keep the correspondence so we can answer it and keep the record straight.
3. Information collected automatically
The platform collects standard technical information when you visit: your device and browser type, the pages you view, and how you move through the site. Wix uses cookies and similar tools to keep you signed in, remember your settings, keep the site secure, and measure traffic through its analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; parts of the site, including staying signed in, may not work as intended if you do.
4. How we use information
We use the information above to run the house and nothing beyond it: to operate accounts and communities, to deliver submissions and booking requests to the right person, to confirm and manage bookings and orders, to answer messages, to send the communications described below, to keep records of agreements, invoices, and submissions, and to understand how the platform is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Client work and third parties
DKR works on a rule of connection, not control. When a submission, inquiry, or booking request is meant for a client of the house, it is delivered to that client — that is the service working as intended, and it is the only routine sharing we do. The platform providers named in Section 1 process information to run the site, the payments, and the video embeds. We do not hand your information to advertisers or data brokers. If the law requires disclosure, or a disclosure is necessary to protect the house or someone in it, we will comply with the law and say so where the law allows.
6. Email and communications
Members and people who contact us may receive email about their account, their submissions, their bookings and orders, and — where they have joined the community or asked to hear from us — news and opportunities from the house. Every non-essential email carries an unsubscribe link. You can also write to ajani@thedkrglobal.com and ask to be removed from a list, and we will do it. Messages you must receive to use the platform — a booking confirmation, a password reset — are not marketing and cannot be opted out of while the related activity is active.
7. Your records, your reports, your requests
The house keeps a working record of what runs through it: community information, polls, program participation, opportunity submissions, resource tracking, event attendees, and the feedback people choose to give. That record is kept for the people and organizations it belongs to — not from them.
Any member, client, or organization can request a report of its own record: participation, community activity, program outcomes, events. For nonprofits and organizations, the report is built to stand up in grant applications and funder reviews — dated, counted, and verified against the house's records. That is what control means here: you can see what the house holds about you, you can have it reported back in a form you can use, you decide what of yours is public, and your information is never sold and never used to lock you in.
You may also ask for a copy of the account information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Write to ajani@thedkrglobal.com. We answer requests in writing. Records of agreements, invoices, and submissions are business records: we keep them, and the records that belong to a client remain accessible to that client at any time. Where a record must be kept for legal, tax, or agreement purposes, we keep that record and will tell you so in our answer. Deleting your account ends your access and ends DKR's license to your content, as the Terms & Conditions provide; it does not erase business records the house is required or entitled to keep.
8. How long we keep information
We keep account information while your account is active. We keep submissions, correspondence, and business records for as long as the house needs them to operate, to honor agreements, and to meet legal and tax obligations. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or remove the parts that identify you.
9. Security, stated honestly
The platform's protections are the platform's: encrypted connections, account passwords, and Wix's security systems underneath them. We limit who inside the house can reach member and client records to the people whose work requires it. No system on the internet is perfectly secure, and we do not promise otherwise. Guard your password; if you believe your account has been reached by someone else, write to us immediately.
10. Children
DKR is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, write to ajani@thedkrglobal.com and we will remove it.
11. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version posts here with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated policy.
12. Governing law and contact
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, consistent with the Terms & Conditions. Questions about this policy, or any request under Section 7: ajani@thedkrglobal.com.
